Oxidation
The SPR harnesses cavitation to mix
gas into liquid in seconds. Gas/Liquid
mixing is one of the most widely used processes in
industry. Since gases and liquids are in two different
phases, mixing them consistently and uniformly is not an
easy task.
Long retention times and excessive gas additions
are often required and process inefficiencies are
considered normal.

Oxygen Delignification is the
removal of lignin from pulp fibers through the reaction
with environmentally friendly oxygen. One of the
biggest problems in the industry today is the ability to
effectively mix oxygen with the pulp in an economic
fashion.
The superior mass transfer of the SPR allows the
reaction to be completed more quickly and cheaply.
