THE COMPANY
Hydro Dynamics, Inc. was founded in 1991 to research, develop, patent and license an innovative new technology
called “ShockWave Power™” embodied in the ShockWave Power™ Reactor (SPR). The Company is headquartered in Rome, Georgia where it operates
all research and administrative activities. During the last ten years, the design of the SPR has been further refined
and commercial applications have been identified and developed, and initial customer references built. Research continues on ehancements to the base
technology as well as in new applications and industries

THE MANAGEMENT
Kelly Hudson, President and
CEO, is an experienced entrepreneur with a solid track record in successfully launching new technologies. Mr. Hudson co-founded and was President of Image
Industries, which pioneered the large-scale use of PET plastic recycling for carpeting manufacturing. The company went public in 1993 and was later sold to Mohawk
Industries (MHK-NYSE).
Mr. Hudson holds an engineering degree from Georgia Tech and has a unique ability to identify, develop, and
successfully commercialize new technologies. He has demonstrated his skill to assemble exceptional management teams to assist him in achieving maximum financial
results.
Bijan Kazem, VP of
Research and Development, has a history of success in developing and marketing new industrial technologies. He is currently involved in the
development of industrial applications incorporating ShockWave Power™ Technology. His keen abilities to analyze end-to-end processes and to develop technical
solutions are attributes used to drive economic value for our industrial customers.
Mr. Kazem received his chemical engineering degree from Georgia Tech with a minor degree in Pulp and Paper. He has
been a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AICHE) since 1989 and a member of the Technical Association of Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI) since
1991. He has a wide range of professional experience and has invented several processes that have been patented by Hydro Dynamics.
Daniel Armstead, Director of Engineering and Technical
Support, graduated from Michigan Technological University in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. He earned his Master's degree from the
Institute of Paper Science and Technology at Georgia Tech in 2000. In 2001, Dan joined Hydro Dynamics, Inc. in Rome, Georgia as a Development Engineer. In 2003, he
was promoted to his current position as Director of Technical and Engineering Support where he helps to facilitate the technical side of application development,
commercialization, and sales.
Derek Parker, Senior Project Engineer and Plant
Manager, graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University in 1992 with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He contributed seven
years of work as a Project Engineer for Mohawk Industries in the manufacture of carpet fiber and carpet made from recycled PET bottles. Derek joined Hydro
Dynamics, Inc. in Rome, Georgia as a Senior Project Engineer in 2000. He currently serves as Senior Project Engineer and Plant Manager. Among his responsibilities
are the design and construction of the ShockWave Power Reactor.
Douglas Mancosky, Research
Scientist, graduated from St. Norbert College in Depere, Wisconsin in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. He earned his Master's and Doctorate
degrese from the Institute of Paper Science and Technology at Georgia Tech in 1999 and 2003. Doug has held several co-op positions in the polymer, paper and
chemical industry. In 2003, Doug joined Hydro Dynamics, Inc. in Rome, Georgia as a Research scientist where he helps to facilitate application development, sales
and is also responsible for online and print marketing efforts.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Kenneth Davis,
MD Dr. Davis currently serves as President & CEO of Harbin Clinic, LLC in Rome, GA. Dr. Davis is a 1973 magna
cum laude graduate of University of Georgia and received his M.D. from Emory University with honors in 1981. He was a Resident at Emory University Hospital from
1981-1985 and Chief Resident in 1986. Dr. Davis joined the Department of Surgery at the Harbin Clinic in 1986 and became a member of the American College of
Surgeons in 1988. He served on the Harbin Clinic Board from 1989-1999 and currently sits on the boards of AmSouth Bank, Floyd Medical Center, Isolyser Corporation
and Adams Project Management, LLC.
Daniel
Paracka Mr. Paracka is a graduate of Xavier University and received his MBA-Finance from Jacksonville State University.
He held various executive positions during his nineteen years with Champion-International. He was the Vice President - Chief Financial Officer for WWG
Industries; Vice President - Controller for Revlon Health Care Group; Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Rorer Group and Senior Management
Consultant for The Rand Group for the last twenty-one years of his career. Mr. Paracka is an adjunct professor of International Business at Shorter College. He
currently serves on the board of the YMCA and chairs both the YMCA and St. Mary's Endowment Committees. He served as Chairman of the Board for Ribapharm, Inc. from
January-August 2003, and currently serves as a board member. Ribapharm is a wholly owned subsidiary of ICN Pharmaceuticals. He is an Emeritus Board Member of
Arcadia University and is a board member and Vice President of Coosa Country Club in Rome, GA. He served as the Chairman of the Board for Lidak Pharmaceuticals
from 1991-1998, board member for Access Pharmaceuticals from 1991-1995 and Celotex Corporation from 1997-2000.
Gene R.
McGrevin
Mr. McGrevin serves as the Chairman of the Executive Committee of our Board of Directors. His prior experience includes Chairman of Microtek Medical
Holdings, Inc., a developer, manufacturer and marketer of infection control products, fluid control products and safety products sold to healthcare
professionals. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Microtek, Mr. McGrevin served as Chairman of P.E.T. Net
Pharmaceutical Services, LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of radiopharmaceuticals, and as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Syncor
International Corporation, a leader in radiopharmaceutical distribution. Mr. McGrevin also serves on the Board of Directors of Proxima Therapeutics, a
privately-held cancer treatment company based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Robert J.
Ferrell Mr. Ferrell currently serves as President of RJF CONSULTANTS, Rutherford, NJ, a marketing and technology strategy consulting business. His Company
focuses on environmental technology assessment, commercialization, marketing strategy, alliance partner negotiations, capital funding and Intellectual Property
protection. Clients include gases, chemicals and environmental equipment companies. He is an experienced business, marketing and technology executive with a proven
success record in the industrial gases, utility power and automotive instrumentation industries. Mr. Ferrell held various executive positions during his twenty-one
years with The BOC Group, Inc., Murray Hill, NJ. He holds a Master of Science, Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of PA and a Bachelor of Science,
Mechanical Engineering degree from the NJ Institute of Technology.
